Chevron Prints

Hola Fashionistas,

 

and a happy Thursday!!! Thank God it is the last day of the work week for me (*insert happy dance*).  When I first purchased these chevron printed harems, I didn't have the intentions on wearing them to work.  I imagined several different weekend styles for them, but as I was sitting on the floor of my closet one morning, a light bulb went off in my head and this outfit was born.  These pants are so comfortable and right on trend this season.  I always have to include a pop of color when I am wearing black & white, if not, I feel as though I look like an usher....lol.....SHOUT OUT TO THE Usher board 1,2 & 3...(the old school Baptist folks can relate..lol).  Ok, enough silliness.  I hope everyone have a wonderful weekend and be safe!!!

Printed Palazzos

Happy Tuesday,

Yet again the weather is cray,cray today! But oh well at least it was a beautiful weekend and I hope Easter weekend will be nice as well.  Anywhoooo, this was my attire on Sunday.  It was very nice and warm for these sheer palazzo pants.  This outfit was so versatile.  I paired them with a blazer for church and a denim jacket and wedges for after church (sorry I don't have any pictures of that).  Hope you have a blessed weekend and Happy Easter Day (in my Lil Darryl voice...lol)!!

 My photographer didn't tell me my pants were untied and THEN snapped me as I was taking care of it....go figure! lol

Spring Wedding Flow

Happy Monday Loves,

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of attending one of my Soror's wedding.  It was absolutely amazing!  The ceremony itself just took my breath away.  I wish I could have taken more pictures of the actual wedding but the tears of joy and happiness just didn't allow me to function properly...lol.  Once I received the invite, I knew immediately what I wanted to wear.  I have been holding out on wearing this floral blazer that I ordered online at sheinside.com for the right occasion.  So being that it is Spring and floral is hot on trend this season, It was the perfect look for a perfect occasion.  Hope you are inspired and have a blessed week!!
